01 — Relationship with You

It can take a huge amount of courage to change and move forward in life. Together we will discover all of the things that make you amazing and loveable to yourself. We will pull the positive attributes of “you” and put them first.

02 — Exploring Limiting Beliefs

Fear often holds us back from making changes. What inner dialogue do you tend to have that keeps you from moving forward? We will explore what types of things you say to yourself that aren’t very kind or nurturing and work on why and how to overcome beliefs of “not worthy”, “not attractive”, etc.

03 — Self-Care and Routines

A huge piece of loving ourselves is taking time for our own self-care by using time for reflection, exercise, healthy eating, and yes, even some pampering through hot baths and spa time. The use of routines will help keep you on track and find appreciation in many quick and simple tasks of taking care of “you” and your space.

04 — Accountability

Making a commitment to yourself is so important on this journey! How can you love who you are and move forward if you are unable to make commitments to yourself? We easily make commitments to everyone else in our lives - work, kids, parents and friends - leaving ourselves last on the list. Learn how to be accountable to what you promise yourself and put yourself first. I will be right by your side to help you when it gets challenging. You can do this!
